Vegetable wholesale: Cabbage

White cabbage allows to keep cheerfulness and capacity to work up to the extreme old age. Albumen of this cabbage contains a lot of important amino acid - lysine, which has the capacity to dissolve foreign albumens getting into the men’s blood and as a result, it raises ability of the organism to resist different illness. Cellulose contained in the cabbage improves motor activeness of the bowels. It is widely known that antiulcerous action of fresh cabbage juice is explained by presence in it of vitamin U and other useful things. In 100 g of juice there are 30 mg of vitamin C.

All over the year Farmer Economy “Vladam” offers fresh white cabbage to the customers. Cabbages are grown on the fields of FE “Vladam” in Nikolaev region from the seeds of French Company “Clause”.

The first entry of the early commodity products begins in the end of June. These hybrids are: Guardian, Sir, Oracle. Then cabbages of the middle ripening – Lady, Bravo, Centurion. For storage the best are late hybrids: Mandarin, Marabou, Count, which gain fine gustatory quality during the period of storage.

From the end of July and up to May of the next year you can always buy fresh cabbage of high quality in our Company.

All the cabbage have strong inner structure, snow-white colour, short inner cabbage-head, excellent gustatory quality thanks to high content of sugar and vitamins.
